Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bd7 ("bd7", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bd7 platform available at bd7.cam, including all games, sportsbook services, casino services, promotional offers, and any other features provided through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the bd7 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 1. Player Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with bd7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times while using the Service. bd7 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) and must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. Registration with false or third-party information is strictly prohibited.
• You must open only one (1) bd7 account per person. Operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be accessing bd7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bd7 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers, as this may create a conflict of interest.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To use the bd7 Service, you must register for an account at bd7.cam. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which bd7 uses as your primary account identifier and the vehicle for OTP-based verification during registration and password reset. You must provide your real name and date of birth as part of the registration process.

bd7 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. bd7 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on bd7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd7 does not perform foreign currency conversion. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. bd7 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of payment methods belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. bd7 may request proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC verification before processing a withdrawal.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bd7 does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check your provider's terms before depositing.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bd7 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, contact bd7 support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. bd7 aims to process withdrawal requests within a few hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.
• bd7 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own fees for receiving funds. bd7 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment providers.
• bd7 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if a KYC review is pending or if we identify unusual account activity that warrants investigation. In such cases, the funds are returned to your account balance and you will be notified via your registered mobile number.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bd7 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer, which are published on the bd7 promotions page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and an individual offer's terms, the individual offer's terms take precedence with respect to that specific offer.

Bonuses are credited to your bd7 account as bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual offer terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players aged 21 and above with a verified bd7 account. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per payment method. bd7 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim if eligibility requirements are not met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the individual bonus terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, any remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited without notice.
• bd7 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has completed wagering requirements, bd7 will remove the bonus balance and any associated winnings from the player's account.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bots or automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd7 will void all bonuses and winnings associated with the abuse and may permanently close the accounts involved.
• Seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Bangladeshi national holidays (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day), or other events are subject to their own published terms and are valid for the duration stated in the offer only.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

bd7 offers casino games and sports betting markets provided by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules of that game as published by the relevant provider. In the case of any discrepancy between a game's visual display and its underlying mathematical model or RNG output, the underlying mathematical result takes precedence.

Sports betting markets and odds are set by bd7 and may be updated at any time prior to the closure of a market. bd7 reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error is identified, where the integrity of a match is called into question, or where the bet was placed after the event's outcome was known.

• All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.
• Malfunctions in a game or technical errors that affect the outcome of a game round will result in the affected round being voided and the stake being returned to the player's account. bd7 is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions outside of bd7's reasonable control.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Connection quality is the responsibility of the player. If you experience a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the studio's server, not by your local browser state.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd7 platform. bd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity fraud in connection with your bd7 account.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, use of automated betting systems or bots, exploitation of software errors, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over bd7 or other players.
• Using the bd7 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. bd7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will file reports with relevant authorities where required.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bd7 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel associated with the bd7 platform.
• Accessing bd7 using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, identity verification requirements, or responsible gaming controls applied to your account.

7. Responsible Gaming

bd7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling at bd7 is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. bd7 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools within every player account, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bd7's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by bd7's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law. bd7 makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bd7 reserves the right to suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades at any time without prior notice.

9. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the bd7 Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
